B & J Event Palace's highest goal is the satisfaction of our clients. It is in our best interest to cater to your needs. We understand you like to enjoy alcoholic beverages at many of your functions.

Alcoholic beverages can not be sold during your event. Adults under the age of 21 is also prohibited from being served or drinking alcoholic beverages.

During your event when alcohol is present a off duty officer or licensed security professional must be present.

A $75 corkage fee will be charged in addition for the presence of alcohol.

Event Space

We reserve the right to change prices at anytime. Some promotions may not be available at your time of viewing.

We understand not everyone needs the same amount of time. For the most common rental needs prices are as follows:

Friday, Saturday, or Sunday

$500 = 6 hour rental

$600 = 8 hour rental

$750 = all day rental

Weekdays pricing include Monday - Thursday as follows:

$300 = 6 hour rental or

$65 per hour

A non-refundable date retainer fee will be due and a additional security deposit for accidental damage will be due to lock in your date.

These times include the time for your decorator to setup, your event time and your break down time. Keep this in mind when selecting your time frame.

B & J Creative Memories 360 Photo Booth

360 photo booth rental prices are as follows:

$250 = 2 hour rental

$100 = per additional hour

A non-refundable $75 deposit plus an equipment contract will secure your date.

Must be operated by owners!

Basic rental includes the 360 platform photo booth, surrounding white lights, your favorite song selection, and a Ipad sharing station to view your video when sending.

(Note: Videos can be sent using AirDrop for Apple or SMS and SMS for Android. SMS for Android may take more time. Some areas and buildings may experience interference or drop outs when sending video.) It also helps for Apple users to named your phone for identifying in Airdrop( settings, general, about)

Link to your video album to download your event videos = $15

Money Gun = $25 ( 100 pieces of fake money to be picked up for each use)

Fog Machine = $10

Bluetooth Speaker for guest to hear music they're dancing to = $20

Backdrop (usually simple drapery) = $20

Tent setup for outdoor event = $45

Standard flashing or static dance light x 4 max - $15

Throne Chair Rental

Throne Chair Rentals are as follows:

$110 = per chair per event

$20 = delivery fee inside Macon-Bibb County area

$35 = delivery fee outside within 25 miles

$55 deposit plus equipment rental contract
